Dropco multilub systems have designed and manufactured lubrication hand pumps. These pumps are used for manual centralized lubrication systems of various machines like packaging, die punching and milling machines, single spindle automats, looms, surface grinders, pouch filling machines, etc. The pumps are of piston type, where a cam, integral with the handle of the pump, actuates the piston. On operating the handle, the pump discharges oil under pressure, and when released, the piston returns under spring force. The system is incorporated with a check valve at the inlet, pressure reducing system which is essential for proper functioning of the metering injectors and a relief valve which safeguards the system from excess oil. The body of the pump is used as reservoir for storage of oil. Hand pumps are available in ci, aluminium or imported acrylic body. For centralised lubrication of the machine metering injectors are used alongwith the pump in order to feed metered amount of oil to all the lubrication points on the machine. Various models are available with different capacities and rate of discharge/stroke.
